Pure, precise, elegant, Kristof’s Sauvignon Blanc tastes like, well, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, on the morning we pick them.

We cold-ferment slowly in stainless steel for a month to coax the most nuanced and complex flavors and aromatic compounds from the grapes, then finish in stainless tanks, so that you can taste the purest expression of Sauvignon Blanc in a wine that has seen no oak.

This sort of understated, restrained style only looks effortless; it requires a master touch to achieve perfect balance and harmony.

Fragrant nose of white blossoms. Fresh fruit flavors of sun-ripe honeydew melon and white peach in a polished and refined style. Not a grassy or herbaceous style but rather creamy melon and the illusion of sweetness reminiscent of garden-fresh cucumber. Lush, creamy mouthfeel with length and balanced acidity and a finish that tastes fresh as ocean air.

We source our grapes from a tiny vineyard in the cool-climate Coombsville AVA and remain committed to the Napa Valley designation.
